Gregory’s legal experience spans across a wide range of commercial matters covering the construction industry, debt restructuring, insolvency and personal bankruptcy.

He is always ready to “dig deep”, ask difficult questions, and delve into the details of each case that comes his way. Indeed, he is no stranger to challenging and novel legal issues and has significant experience managing high value and complex disputes.

Outside the courtroom, Gregory has also advised fund managers, directors and shareholders on regulatory and transactional matters including MAS regulations, shareholder agreements and employment and services agreements.

Gregory’s ever curious mind has led him to enthusiastically explore law reform. He has assisted with advocating reforms in the construction industry to deal with insolvency issues under the statutory adjudication regime, and is now exploring the interface between law and artificial intelligence.
