BlackOak was delighted to host the 2nd session of the INSOL International Future Leaders Programme (Singapore) 2025 yesterday.

The INSOL Future Leaders Programme is intended to help young practitioners develop their careers and build a global practice. The 2nd Session of the Programme focused on the cross-border restructuring of No Va Land which was the first restructuring approved by the Singapore International Commercial Courts and the first time a Vietnamese company was restructured in Singapore. Our Director Darius Tay was one of the mentors who helped the participants consider various issues that arise in cross-border insolvency cases involving Singapore and we were privileged to be joined by Hai NGUYEN, Partner at YKVN.

Thank you to everyone who joined and supported the session!
