BlackOak is delighted to be shortlisted for GRR’s Asia Practice of the Year 2024 award.
GRR recognizes BlackOak for “providing Singaporean counsel on some of the biggest global restructurings of the last year, including for Sam Bankman-Fried’s crypto exchange FTX, office-sharing provider WeWork and the Cayman joint provisional liquidators of Chinese fertiliser company Century Sunshine. In a first for the Lion City, BlackOak also advised Vietnamese real estate developer No Va Land and helped it secure the first ruling by the Singapore International Commercial Court sanctioning a pre-packaged scheme.”
The winners will be announced at the GRR Awards ceremony in London on 21 November.
