Report on Bond Restructuring published by SAL Law Reform Committee

BlackOak Director Ashok Kumar was the chairperson of the Bond Restructuring Subcommittee of the SAL Law Reform Committee. The Subcommittee prepared a comprehensive report to bring about greater awareness of issues which arise in the context of bond restructuring. The report makes actionable recommendations on reforms, in view of Singapore’s unique bond market which has a relatively high proportion of individual investors.
