BlackOak is delighted to share that it co-hosted the 2nd session of the INSOL Future Leaders Programme (Singapore) with Ashurst ADTLaw yesterday.
This INSOL Future Leaders Programme is intended to help young practitioners develop their careers and build a global practice. The 2nd Session of the Programme focused on cross-border insolvency and restructuring. Our Ashok Kumar was one of the mentors who helped the participants consider various issues that arise in cross-border insolvency cases involving Singapore, India, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
